We want you to feel completely comfortable in your Thigh Society essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Due to the intimate nature of our products, please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is intact.

Start Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your items in their original mailer.

Ship It Back

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt so you can monitor the status of your return journey.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
